We are so glad you are here and on this journey with us! Essential oils and toxic free living have been game changing for us…and we love helping others get started as well.

A few important things to remember:

Put your oils out where you will use them. Do not leave in the box.
Consistency is key with essential oils. Use them regularly throughout the day and you will see a difference and fall in love!
Starting out, just use them. Don’t worry about knowing all the things, just get them on your body and diffuse them. Ask us questions! We love to help!
Start a routine. For example: every morning and night i put frankincense on my face. I rub lavender on my feet. I use peppermint on the back of my neck in the morning and afternoon for a good pick-me-up. I put a drop of lemon in my water (in a glass). I wear Stress Away, valor, or peace and calming all day as perfume. (love those 3 on the kids too!) I keep DiGize with me at all times…life-saver! These are just a FEW ideas to get you thinking!
If in doubt….ASK. If you aren’t using your kit….ASK. You bought these for a purpose and we want you to get the most out of this wonderful way of living!
